Return and Cancellation Policy

  • Final Sales: All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Custom Items: If your custom item is submitted incorrectly, it will be canceled and a store credit will be issued only.

  • Cancellations: Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be issued as store credit only for the total purchase amount. 

  • Processing Orders: Once an order is set to print, we cannot halt production for any reason. All items are made to order.

  • Shipping Information: Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages, but each is shipped priority and includes $100 insurance.

  • Business Hours: Please be aware that we do not operate on weekends or major holidays.

  • Issues with Orders: Any damage or issues must be reported via email within 7 days of receiving your product, as indicated by tracking. Please inspect your item immediately and store it in a low humidity environment.
