Return and Cancellation Policy

Final Sales: All sales are final due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Custom Items: If your custom item is submitted incorrectly, it will be canceled and a store credit will be issued only.

Cancellations: Any requested cancellations that can be processed will be issued as store credit only for the total purchase amount.

Processing Orders: Once an order is set to print, we cannot halt production for any reason. All items are made to order.

Shipping Information: Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages, but each is shipped priority and includes $100 insurance.

Business Hours: Please be aware that we do not operate on weekends or major holidays.

Issues with Orders: Any damage or issues must be reported via email within 7 days of receiving your product, as indicated by tracking. Please inspect your item immediately and store it in a low humidity environment.

How do I know my order is ready?

You will receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, you can check our website; your order status will be marked as Fulfilled. Once your order is shown as ready, you may come to the designated location to pick it up.

Direct To Film (DTF) Transfer Guidelines

DTF is a versatile printing process that allows designs to be printed directly onto a film. These transfers can adhere to almost any substrate or material, making them suitable for items of various colors.

Important Pressing Instructions:

  • Heat Press Settings: All heat presses behave differently. To achieve optimal results, adjustments may be necessary based on your specific equipment. We strongly recommend the use of a heat gun to verify temperature accuracy.Pressure Settings:High Pressure: Manual presses should be set to 8-9; automatic presses should achieve 60 PSI.

Additional Recommendations:

  • Double Press: For best results, use parchment paper and perform a double press.
  • Heat Gun: Verify temperature with a heat gun and conduct a pressure test before starting the pressing process.

Post-Press Care:

  • Curing Time: Do not wash items for at least 48 hours to ensure proper adherence of the transfer.
  • Set Time: Allow the shirt/item to completely set.
